Yesterday’s closing was one that kept me smiling all day. My sellers were heartbroken when their buyers had to back out due to finances in November 2025. Instead of letting that setback define the story, we got creative. I shared their home on Marketplace to get more eyes on it, and they even used an AI image to dress it up for Christmas and posted it on Facebook.

My dear friend Kristen saw it and said, “I’m not really in the market, but if this works for me, I might be interested.” We went to see it together, and the moment we walked in, I could see it all over her face. The connection was instant. She didn’t need to look at anything else. This was the one.
