Today’s closing was an extra special one. ❤️🏡
My nephew and his wife closed on their new home in Kenly, after I helped them sell their home in Smithfield.
Helping family is always special, but getting to walk through this journey with them, spend time together, and help them search for the right place for their family made this one even sweeter.
With two precious boys along for the adventure, we weren’t just looking for another house. We were looking for a place that felt right for this next season of life. A home where they could settle in, make memories, and begin their next chapter together.

Sometimes the backstory is just too wild to share. 😅
But what I can tell you is this: real estate is often so much more than what you see on closing day. There are negotiations, unexpected twists, problem-solving, countless conversations, and a whole lot happening behind the scenes to keep everything moving forward.
These two closings definitely had a wild ride to the closing table, which made seeing everything finally come together that much sweeter. ❤️
I’m so grateful for the most amazing clients who stayed patient, didn’t get discouraged, and continued to trust me through every turn of the journey.
And I’m especially thankful for the buyer’s agent who worked right alongside me to keep things moving in the right direction. The sweetest full-circle part? She’s a former client of mine who is now a licensed North Carolina real estate agent herself. How special is that?
