Let's Build a House | NC

by Amy Stanley

I love it when friends reach out and say, “We could really use your help.” From the very first text to a signed construction agreement in just nine days, this one moved fast in the best way. They knew exactly what they wanted, so once we found the perfect lot and the right floor plan, the fun truly began at the design center. I’m so excited they were able to create a custom home that checks every box. I can’t wait to watch this beautiful lot and thoughtfully chosen design come together and become their dream home.

Special shout out to the listing agent Darlene Zeitler for helping us move things right along to make it happen.

Congratulations & Welcome Home! 🏡🤍
